Dr James Makumbi, the former head of UPDF Medical Services has passed on.
The Doctor who is a known hypertensive was found dead in his bed today.
He served as a Minister of Health in the 1990s before being appointed Chief of Medical Services of the UPDF.
At the time of his death, he was the Senior Presidential Advisor for health affairs.
May his soul rest in eternal peace.
