The Singleton Big Meeting, hosted every last Sunday of the month, has cemented its place as Kampala’s ultimate spot for fun, flavour, and unforgettable experiences.
No two editions are ever the same. One month, it’s a relaxed daytime brunch; the next, a high-energy evening party or even a stage for an international act. Routine simply isn’t on the menu.
September’s edition turned the spotlight on guests themselves, offering a Do-It-Yourself (DIY) cocktail experience powered by The Singleton. From crafting zesty orange-mellow rushes to bold meet & greet blends that sparked lively conversations, the bar became a playground of creativity.
“As a brand celebrated for its smooth texture and rich flavours, The Singleton pairs perfectly with a little experimentation,” said Simon Lapyem, Brand Manager for The Singleton Uganda. “We wanted guests to discover their own palate, to explore the layers of citrus, vanilla, and silky honey that make The Singleton special, and to showcase how they truly love to enjoy their whisky.”
As the day turned to night, the music took over. With DJs Kamali, Jerry, Kasbaby, EM That Guy, Nova, and Lynda Dane serving up everything from soulful 90s R&B to infectious Amapiano beats, the vibe was electric. Even the evening drizzle couldn’t stop the crowd from dancing long into the night, cocktails in hand and spirits soaring.
