Additional reports according to Tuko News, reveal that the case was heard at the Kisutu Resident Magistrate’s Court and ruling made by Resident Magistrate Thomas Simba on Friday, July 20.

Thomas Simba in his ruling, set free two of Sepetu’s house helpers identified as Angelina Msigwa and Matrida Abass who had been arrest with her on grounds that they were just innocent employees.

However, the burden of guilt was put on Sepetu who had been found in possession of several rolls of bhang at their residence located along Kunduchi Uninio area.
