Maj Gen Henry Masiko, Chairperson of the Field Inspection Project at the Ministry of Defence and Veteran Affairs (MODVA), has called on civil servants, particularly engineers, architects, and planners, to prioritise quality in their work.

“If you want to gain trust from the public and people you serve, then do great work that the government trusts you with,” Maj Gen Masiko stated during a recent inspection of projects carried out by the Uganda Peoples’ Defence Forces (UPDF) Engineers Brigade in the Central Region.
