Brookside Scoops EAC Quality Award

Brookside Limited has scooped the EAC Quality Award – Product of the year category for ‘Dairy best’. It also emerged as the 1st runner up in the Best Company of the year category.

The EAC Regional Quality Award competition is spearheaded by the EAC Secretariat and coordinated by the Secretariat in collaboration with the East African Business Council (EABC). These are aimed at cultivating quality culture across all sectors of the economy within the EAC region.

The award builds upon the success of national quality recognition programs, with winners from each Partner State competing at the regional level.

The award is implemented among the six (6) Partner States of Burundi, Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania, South Sudan, and Uganda with Democratic Republic of Congo and Federal Republic of Somalia as observers.

While receiving the award, Benson Mwangi – General Manager Brookside Limited said, ‘Brookside Limited is committed to quality along the entire value chain, right from the farm to the products we deliver to our customers.”
