President Yoweri Museveni and Commander-in-Chief of the Defence Forces has Reappointed Brig Gen Felix Kulayigye as Defence Spokesperson.
He replaces Brig Gen Flavia Byekwaso currently attending National Defence College Uganda.
“We welcome back Gen Kulayigye to the Office of Defence Spokesperson,” said Lt Col Ronald Kakurungu who has been serving in acting position.
In a Friday February 4, 2022 press release, Lt Col Kakurungu said Kulayigye’s appointment takes immediate effect.
Kulayigye had served as Defence Spokesperson from 2005 – 2013.
