Police says that the victims had been employing Okurorwoth as a potter for two years but after a series of disagreements they chose to lay him off his job an action he didn’t take in good faith.

He later showed up with his friends and stormed his former employer’s home demanding for his job back or a juicy lay off package.

His demands were futile as they fell on a deaf ear.

Okurorwoth and his company showed up at around 11:30 pm, one of them had a gun, robbed Shs 5 million and managed to walk away with some house property as a compensation for being fired.

After a formal report was made at police, suspects were located matching the proper description given by the victims and were arrested.

According to the investigators the accomplice suspected to have been armed is still at large and Old Kampala Police has launched a manhunt for the same.

Criminal charges are pending.
