Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has arrived in Uganda on a two-day working visit.
At the airport of Entebbe, he was met by his counterpart, Ugandan Foreign Minister, Gen Jeje Odongo.
Lavrov who arrived on Monday night will hold talks with President Museveni today.
According to State House, Lavrov will address a joint press conference at Entebbe after holding bilateral talks with President Museveni.
Uganda is his third stop on a tour of African countries.
He has already visited Egypt and Congo-Brazzaville and is later due in Ethiopia.
