The ministry of Finance has lost two members of staff in one week.
Mr Henry Mbaguta, the Assistant Commissioner Financial Services Department, died at Mulago Hospital.
Mr Titus Kajura, a Senior Economist, Infrastructure and Social Services Department also died in USA.
Both passed on last week.
“(Secretary to the Treasury) Ramathan Ggoobi has with great sadness announced the passing of two members of staff,” the ministry announced on Monday.
“I commiserate with the families of the deceased & Ministry staff on such a huge loss and pray that the Almighty comforts all the bereaved during this trying moment. May the Souls of the Deceased Rest in Eternal Peace!” Ggoobi said in a condolence message.
