Maj Gen Abel Kandiho, Uganda’s Chief of Military Intelligence (CMI) has been received in South Africa where he will deliver President Yoweri Museveni’s message to the South African President, Cyril Ramaphosa.
Maj Gen Abel Kandiho was received by his South African counterpart, Maj Gen Sigudu, the acting Chief of Defence Intelligence.
Kandiho was later hosted to a dinner by his counterpart and other Generals in the South African intelligence fraternity.
