A week into the detention by the military of popular singer and Member of Parliament for Kyadondo East, Robert Kyagulanyi (Bobi Wine), an image of his current state has emerged.

The photo was exclusively obtained by this website through a source who preferred not to be disclosed.

In the photo, Bobi Wine is seen leaning against a wall, dressed in a uniform that is used by detainees in the military.

There has been a lot of speculation since his arrest about why the authorities ensured that his photo does not get into the public realm.

While his closest families and his lawyers have been granted access, nobody has taken his photo.

Contradicting accounts have been given by those who have visited the legislator at Makindye military barracks, some reporting that he is in good shape while others saying his state is worrying and that he requires urgent medical care.

Kyagulanyi is due to appear before court on Thursday this week. Last week, he was charged in the same court with illegal possession of a fire arm.
