UVTAB to Release May/June End of Programme Assessments’ Results on Friday

The Uganda Vocational and Technical Assessment Board (UVTAB) will on Friday 17, officially release the End of programme results for candidates who sat for the May/June 2025 assessment series.

The board revealed that the function will be officiated by the Minister of Education and Sports, also the First Lady Janet Kaguta Museveni at the UVTAB National Skills Assessment Centre, Kyambogo Hill.

 A total of 30,619 candidates were registered for the May/June 2025 end-of-programme assessments from 499 assessment centres. Of these centres, 306 (61%) and 193 (39%) are formal and Informal TVET providers respectively.

Of these candidates, 17,423 were female and 13,196 candidates were male. The Board conducted these assessments from May 2,  to  June 27. 2025.

According to Onesmus Oyesigye, UVTAB Executive Secretary, the assessments covered broad categories of Technical Education and Training (TVET) programmes, including: Technology Education and Training, Business Education and Training, Home Science Education and Training and Sports Education and Training and Informally Acquired Skills.
