President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has met with His Royal Highness the Kyabazinga of Busoga, William Wilberforce Gabula Nadiope IV, and his delegation, congratulating him on his 11th coronation anniversary and the birth of his twin sons.
The meeting, held shortly after the Kingdom’s celebrations, focused on areas of mutual interest between the central government and the Busoga sub-region.
“I congratulate His Majesty on this important milestone in his leadership and on the blessing of twins in the royal family,” President Museveni said after the engagement.
At the start of this month, Kyabazinga and his wife, Inhebantu Jovia Mutesi, were blessed with a set of twin sons: Prince William Ethan Nadiope and Prince Arnold Eli Nadiope, born on the 27th day of August 2025.
In the same month, the Kyabazinga held his 11th coronation anniversary, graced by several dignitaries, including Rt. Hon. Robinah Nabbanja, Prime Minister and Leader of Government Business in Parliament, and Hon. Milly Babalanda, Minister for the Presidency.
Prime Minister Nabbanja delivered President Museveni’s congratulatory message, commending the Kyabazinga’s 11 years of leadership and welcoming the royal twins.
The ceremony featured the cutting of a ceremonial cake, symbolising over a decade of the Kyabazinga’s reign and his vision for Busoga’s transformation.
